I also vote for the backing. Or, do some Hawaiian Quilting with the big leaves and all. Hawaiian was very popular around here about 10 yrs. ago. I love the look!

My first thought was a backing for something with batiks! How about Bonnie Hunter's Pineapple Blossom? http://quiltville.blogspot.com/2005/...e-blossom.html

Wow what a great find. Whatever you decide to do with it will be lovely. It is very pretty fabric.

I love Jan's idea- I wouldn't cut it up and would quilt around the leaves. Is it pure cotton? It's beautiful

I would be making a moomoo out of that fabric with some trim the same color as that blue. I had 4 of them I made when I lived n Hawaii. They are sooooooooooo comfortable in the heat. I wore them out and mde 4 more to use as a lounger in Alaska. They are very cool if it is cotton.

How about a log cabin quilt using white for the light side

Backing forsure.

Make a pretty backing, or use it in a scrappy. The size of the print would make it seem to be several different fabrics,
