I took a mandatory home-ec class way back in high school, and part of it was that we had to sew a poncho. But back then I just didn't have the patience to continue with it. When I joined the quilting group at work, it was just to support a friend. I made it very clear the first night that the closest I came to sewing was cross stitch.....I got cross every time I looked a needle in the eye! ROFL!

I just started quilting 10 months ago, and didn't sew at all before then, so I figure 3rd place is pretty darn good! I'm SOOOOOOOOO excited!!!!!!!!!!!! :c) So should I go whole hog and enter it in the state fair? Whaddya think?
