cutting 4 you will get more variation and it looks like they are longer than wide so use opposite ends when starting your strips,

I saw a kalidescope top done with panel blocks, they were cut into four and sewn back together square.

I dont think I could have thought this one up all on my own ;)

I bet you'll get some really neat hexs out of this fabric. That strip from along the selvage will make a nice coordinated border too. Good luck!

I love your fabric! Please post pictures as you get some of the blocks done. That border will be great. Using the squares for the back of the quilt will be very unique.

I have been reading all the pages of this fascinating tutorial. I have some fabric that I think would be great for OBW. I can't wait until I can finish a couple of other WIP so I can start this!

Is there a place where I can get just the directions and maybe how to pictures I have to have instructions in front of me so I can think about it and then think again lol thanks cheryl

If you open up a document on your personal computer, and then do some copying and pasting, you will have a hard copy of your very own. <wave>
