I am pretty guilty of all of the above. Been there, done it all. Guess what I am most ashamed of is buying, buying, and buying more and more fabric and sneaking it into the house. I will have to live forever to use up all my fabric but I can't seem to stop buying. It is all just sooooooo pretty and I will find a use for it someday.

I'm ashamed to admit that sometimes I .............. tell people I haven't got back to them as I've been SO busy with work the last couple of weeks or more, when truly I've been using every spare minute cutting, piecing and sewing.

That much needed quality time with my sewing machine, is the me-time I need to re-charge my batteries to bring me back to sanity and peace!!

I actually love this idea! I'm guilty of not changing my thread color as well.

I'm ashamed to admit that I hoard fabric. I'm so bad that I spend hours perusing the online shops for pretty stuff I can buy. My husband told me to quit so I stop confiding in him so much about my "deals" I find. I feel as if I am missing out on thrift store finds, estate slaes, LQS in store shopping, etc in America. I'm babbling now....but I am ashamed but I won't quit.

Don't be ashamed! There is a lot of planning that has to be done to make sure it'll look 'just right'! Sometimes I think the hardest work is done long before the scissors (or rotary cutter) touches the fabric!

I sometimes figure a way to hide a mistake instead of taking it apart and fixing it.

That I rush around the house an hour before hubby gets home from work cleaning..So he would think I have been busy all day doing housework when I was actually quilting :-D

And when you haven't got a thing cooked and need a cover to look like suppers just about ready ......... get an onion frying as you start the hussle to prep things. Then .... Oh honey, supper's soon ready! :)

That is where the one pot wonders come into play
:P ..I start the meat early in the morning..let it simmer until about the time hubby comes home , Than I add veggies, noodles or what ever it is that only takes a few minutes to cook
