So I found these little strips that were left over from Elles center from the last IRR, and I took three and put them together, pressed the seams to one side.

Great technique; I've got to give this a try!

Then literally sew them in a tube. match with the wide strip and sew down both sides.
At the end I will talk about what sizes to cut what. |
Now I am going to go do some more cutting, I will be taking more pictures along the way.
