When my 6 six year old granddaughter said I was like an artist but didn't use paint but material.

After making quilts for three granddaughters & my son - my daughter asked "when do I get mine?"

when my MIL said I was the best daughter she could have and my SILs said, well you are our sister...

In January my SD asked me to go with her to pick out her wedding dress. When she introduced me to the clerk She said this is my Mom. I married her Dad when she was 14. It bought tears to my eyes. For the record I never use the word step. She is my daughter no if, ands, or buts.

Mine was at my LQS. I had taken my first-ever memory quilt to the store to show off--the LQS had designed the pattern that I used. A customer was standing there looking at my quilt and she turned to me and said: "I don't really like memory quilts but this is absolutely beautiful and I love it." I started crying!!

When I find out someone is sleeping under one of my quilts every night.
