I use them for my binding and also keeping notes on my rows/ columns. No more post it notes that don't stay attached to the fabric. I clip them on instead...

I use them for the same things everyone else mentioned previously & also for clipping row numbers to the left side of each row as I'm assembling my quilt top. They act as a reminder after they come off the design area, that way if I have a pattern I need to keep control of I just look at the reminder & when assembly is done I remove them easily.

Yep, I use them for most of these things too. I will use them for keeping pre-cut binding & borders neatly folded and attached to a tag so I know what project they are for. When I take a quilt down from the design wall I clip each row of blocks together into a "kit" so I can keep them straight when I get them to the machine. I will use them to clip a quilt diagram to the design wall to help me with laying out blocks initially.
All sorts of great uses. I hardly ever use pins anymore. |
Oh yeah, and the big green ones are great for temporary curtain tie-backs too. LOL.

I just bought 2 NEW boxes one in red the other in pink on ebay
WITH free shipping my total cost was $30.50 (15.25 each). I am stocked back up again on these awesome clips. I run low because I am always "sharing" some with friends who have tried them. http://www.quiltingboard.com/attachm...d=494939&stc=1 |
