Our kiddos don't comment too much about what I wear. It is the threads clinging everywhere that they give me a bad time about. Threads and the pins in my shirt or vest or whatever!

Shorts and a tank top in the summer and usually a tank top and flannel bottoms in the winter.

capri's and tee in the summer, jeans and sweatshirt in the winter. NO SHOES--can't sew with shoes on.

ROFLMBO!!! my dh will eat dry cheerios for dinner without complaint.. always has...(his mama raised her boys right!)

but if i ever ask him what he want when we both get home from work, his answer is and always has been..."ARE THE KIDS GONE?!!!"

our old house has no heat upstairs, which is where my sewing room is, so sometimes leggings & sweats in the winter...but dh put up some track lighting on the collar ties for me & they generate a good amount of heat.. plus the iron, so after an hour or so, it warms up some & i take the sweats off...usually dd is up there with me going "jeez ma!"

in the summer, it is ungodly hot, so i have this nasty old beach coverup i wear a lot & dh put in a 52" ceiling fan...

i arranged the room so my sewing table is right under the fan , dd & ddil get whatever breeze they get...seems fair, neither of them have hot flashes! lol

Amen! When I am going to sew for the day, I just stay in my pjs, so comfortable to sew in and relaxing. So what you wear, is just fine!

I get up and sew but since I sleep in the buff,I have to put on jammies(so I dont scare my pets)and if anyone comes over I tell them I only buy jammies.
