Okay - this is funny to me....and sad! Someone mentioned a catalog at Hancok of Paducah. I didn't realize they had catalogs so immediatly went to their webpage. Ordered the cat. Started snooping and found "FREE PATTERNS". WOW -- clicked on that -- 3 pages of "FREE" patterns for $1.98 each with $5.95 SHIPPING!!!!! FREE???????????????????????? Give me a break.

Are they free to download?

ghostrider 09-01-2010 05:57 AM

If you look closer, you will see you can download them for free. There is a download button and they are truly free. Don't panic.

Beautiful fabric and great service. Always love just looking at their catalog.

I think the Hancocks of Paducah is the most beautiful fabric catalog ever published. I love it. I've even made art projects out of the fabric pictures.

Once you get on their mailing list, it comes free. And yes, I've had trouble finding the free patterns, but they are there!

I've, also, been wondering what "free" means to others. Thanks for asking this question.
