I have several and have been using the Olfa 60mm for quite a while. For my latest quilt which is a Courthouse Steps I've been using my ruler with attached 45mm cutter. Cutting lots of 1.5 inch strips. I still have my original Kai cutter which I now use for batting and paper. I have an ergonomic 45mm which is great when my hands ache. Somewhere I have a Fiskars but there is a problem with the spring. I think I have another Olfa floating around as well. DH just made my Pegboard triangle so I should know where they all are in future.

I use Fiskars 45 most of the time. It fits my hand and I find it easy to use. I have an Olfa 60 that I use when needed. Rarely, I use an Olfa 28.

A teacher insisted we get a smaller cutter than the 28mm for her class and I did, but have never used it again. In the class, I found scissors worked better.

I do use the pinking blade sometimes, usually before washing fabric. That's in an older cutter, not sure of the brand.

I mainly use a Fiskars 45 the most, although I also have an ergonomic rotary cutter, which I use off and on, plus the 60. I got the pinking blade with a set of rotary cutter and 3 different blades, and I've used the pinking blade when cutting out clothes, especially for my DGD.

I have a 60, a 45, and a 28 and rarely use the 60. I use the 45 mostly and the 28 for applique and small work. Love them all

The smaller blades do cut around circles better, but I like the bigger blades better for cutting through layers or thick fabrics or trimming the quilt. At least that is how I feel. I really like the 28 for cutting anything with a curve, but that is about the only thing I use it for.

I have 4 sizes of rotary cutters, all Fiskars, I use the 45mm all the time, unless I am cutting through thick fabrics or fleece, I just bought the scalloped edge blade but have not used it yet, I hear it keeps fabrics from unraveling, I am going to use mine for that purpose and for making flowers for raw edge applique.
