Soap for marking, glue for basting, vodka for pressing, used dryer sheets for foundations...! What could be next? :) I'd love something I could use cat hair for...I have an abundant supply!

I used to have a fuzzy kitty named Moe. One time I told my family that when Moe started shedding we should collect all that fur and knit clothing from it. They looked at me like I was crazy! But then I just told them, "What? Haven't you every heard of Moe-hair sweaters?!"
One of my cats is named Poly (he's a polydactyl). I guess if I used his hair in cushions, we would have poly-stuffed pillows. :) |

Lol I saw that book "Crafting With Cat Hair: Cute Handicrafts To Make With Your Cat" back when it was first published. I remember thinking it was a little creepy.

Oh no ... cat's hair for batting? I just can't, no way, never.
I saw one program year's ago that the lady used milk weed fluff as batting. I thought to myself, "I would have to be desperate to do that. Edited to say... I loved the fun chatter of this thread. Made me LOL! |
