i got my name from my Kiowa uncle. after something that happened he said i carried the spirit of the Hawk. so the name Hawkspirit or hspirit as is on here

Collady stands for colonel's lady. My dh served in the Army for 31 years, retiring as a full colonel 8 years ago. I use Collady in tribute to my wonderful husband and our time in the Army.

Mine is simple. When I signed up I used my email username. Then when I wanted something original, too many already knew me so I stayed true to myself. LOL.

I didn't realize I was picking the name I would be know by on here, so I just used my first name and middle and last initials. Carolynbb. Apparently there was a character named "Carolyn" on "As the World Turns" when my mother was pregnant with me and she liked the sound of that. |

My real name is Sam.
About 10 years ago when I was a teenager I joined a message board for a band I really liked, Kittie, who are now my absolute favorite. I had a huge crush on the lead singer and considered her like this awesome musical rock goddess. She's also the rhythm guitarist and she plays a Flying V guitar. Hence "Flying_V_Goddess" and that was my screen name on that board. The name stuck so whenever I sign up for a message board or whatever I use that name. Yes, that is the lead singer in my avatar (taken from a concert I went to last year on my birthday) |
I have been using romanojg for a user name for so many years it just felt right. It takes my last name plus my first and middle initial. Plus, my two youngest grandkids call me GiGi and there is already one on here
