I only steam if its a heavy seam or fabric I find that setting a warm iron on every thing else works just fine
No steam for me!

If the fabric has been pre=washed, use steam.
If not, don't use steam. Steam might shrink the fabic. I made a block of unwashed fabric, used steam and it shrunk about 1/2 inch. |
No steam, just Best Press
Steam, press not iron.
Tried steam ONCE and visually and immediately I saw distortion/shrinkage.
From reading all the above . . . I guess I best prewash all fabrics from here on out. Thank you for all your expertise. |
no steam
I'm a steamer too
I sometimes steam, sometimes don't steam. It depends on the fabric, pattern, etc.
