HuskerQuilter - I love this! It will definitely go on my list of to-do's.
To the original question, I'm currently obsessed with the Bento Box (my avatar) I can whip the top up in one day (48" x 48", strips cut to 2.5"). It's a lot of fun and looks great not only in the bright colors that I prefer, but I just finished one in pink/green chintz. |

I just nabbed that Lucky Stars pattern off of eBay... I'm a star nut, and have made many projects with stars. But when I realized you have some fudge room on the tips of the stars that really makes it a QUICKIE! I've done the Disappearing Nine Patch, the 10 Min Block...and just simple borders on a 4.5" square of novelty fabric. That last block I mentioned is sort of the first two steps of the "Court House Steps" block. I love that for novelty fabrics. No pattern..just have fun sewing and playing. Thanks! |
What's your favorite fast quilt pattern?
coffee filter circles works for me.
|
Quick and fast for me is the attic window. The finished block is only 4.5" square. Perfect for wall hangings, doll quilts, and king size bed quilts.

Where can I find a pattern for the attic windows for free. Teresa
