I would tie it and donate it to a womens shelter. They are apreciative of anything that is donated.

I love the idea of donating. It will be put to good use and all your hard work will not be for nothing and nothing feels better than helping someone in need.
I also would like to see a picture.

Just don't trash it, i am sure one of the suggestions made before will be better than the trash!

OK. Get ready. Here it is..........

Your way to hard on yourself.

I would donate the top to a group that does community quilts.
They will finish it and someone will love it

Yes, quilt it yourself - it would make a terrific practice piece. Then, if you have a beloved 4 legged family member, maybe he would appreciate it. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY. We all have mess ups -------- when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

Would you be willing to draw a name? Be sure and let us see what you do.

Have it quilted and donate it to a cause you support.

I agree with everyone.... the star itself is GORGEOUS. Take the floral border off (be sure to save it... there is no trash when it comes to fabric). I do differ in that I don't think a dark color will ground it. Try a blue, aqua/green or rose/pink that is in the quilt, but nothing splashy that would draw the eye away from the beautiful star. Try to stay in that color depth.

Nice job .... stop being so hard on yourself. Be sure to let us know what you have decided. :)
