I always 'try' to start as early as possible BUT.........

life gets in the way
not in the 'sewing' mood
idea come up in Dec!

So when do you 'try' to start?

a couple years ago.... I'm a procrastinator :)

My famiy sets a $25 limit so I can't make a quilt for that kinda money, so I'm off the hook. tee hee

tomorrow i will gift a friend a quilt i started for her 3 years ago ... finished last year ... then missplaced until a few days ago.

I still have 2 quilts to do from last year :oops:

Other then that , maybe December 20th 2011 :lol: LOL

I already started for next year, last week. I'm making myself a new tree skirt. Found a pattern and fabric I love, now to figure out how to make a French braid and put it together.

If I'm going to do something quilted for Christmas I try and start no later than September. I will only do small projects like table runners or pillows or something similar for Christmas.

I have started a few throughout the year for Christmas 2012 :D:D:D

I am going to try to start the first of January I have so many ideas just need to get them done

I am going to start this Sunday NOT! However I should maybe then by next Christmas I would have everything done.
