They usually have 40% off sales and sometimes 'internet' specials, where you can get an extra 15% OFF. This week batting is 40% off AND internet special of 15% off so a queen roll is only 190.00 USD. That's a great price.

Good Luck!

I asked them awhile back about shipping to Canada, she said No and they don't ever plan to. :(

Well that just stinks!!!! Sorry to hear that! :(

I don't go to Fabricland unless forced to, or I'm to lazy to drive to Len's Mill or Joann's in Niagara Falls, NY.

They closed the one closest to my house, so we have to go the next city over.

In Canada Fabricland is the ONLY chain fabric store anymore. There are local ones (Len's Mill does have several different locations in Southern ON but that's IT!)

I'd take advantage of whatever deals you can find online for batting!!!

i pretty much shop on line mostly at fabric.com in Marietta Georgia,USA; i am pretty sure they ship to Canada. they have great prices a huge selection of everything, great fabrics, wonderful customer service. they carry Warm & Natural, and a couple other batts. i highly recommend them, i;ve been a regular customer with them for over 10 years. have never had a bad experience...and that isn't to say there have not been errors, there have been a few but i would say maybe 1 out of 15 orders might have a wrong cut, wrong fabric, something. they always fix it immediately, very kindly. they have great sales and here in the us a wonderful shipping policy, i can only imagine they work just as hard for International too.

Has anyone bought batting as squares? Is it easier to quilt it that way?

Check the width. I have found some that is more narrow than others.

Have you tried Hancock's of Paducah? I am looking at their catalog & they are selling queen size (90 x 108") Warm & White for $24.98 USD. On their order form they have a space for "Country"--so I'm guessing that they ship to Canada. They also have several methods of payment listed, but I didn't see Pay Pal.

I bought Hobb's 80/20 batting thru Connecting Threads on line. It was on sale for 30% off. I paid $9.37 for twin size. I think that the regular price is about $13.50. There was free shipping over $50. I got great service. I really like the batting!

I've ordered from www.batt-mart.com. They do ship to Canada but I don't know about Paypal. It would be worth contacting them. AFTER I ordered and paid, they called me and offered a cheaper shipping method and saved me $20. Order came in 2 days.
