Here is my favorite quilt.

These pictures have all been fantastic! Thank you everyone for sharing. I've been looking for a pattern for a scrappy and this thread is helping me brainstorm. Keep the pictures coming! All of them are gorgeous!

I make scrappy quilts. This is my very first quilt. Like many beginners I started with a cot quilt. It you don't look too hard it seems good enough but I now know what I would do differently (and better.)

me to :) I Love to make scrappy quilts. Whenever I'm ready to start a quilt I just go to my stash. There are always plenty of fabric scraps available. I usually buy 1/2-1 yard pieces of fabric when I shop and with scrappy quilts everything goes together. I always have plenty of tone-on-tones for background fabrics. Even using scrap background fabrics are accepted in scrap quilts so I can use everything up.

The dozens and dozens of quilts I make for charity are scrappy quilts. I chose a block that appeals to me and then get lots of practice as I do each block a different color etc. I have a very difficult time getting picture on to this site or I would put several on. I'll keep working on that.

scrappy is my favorite. I am in the process of collecting men shirts from the thrifty stores and I've cut them up and have two different quilts in the making. The art quilts are fine for people that are into that, but I think scrappy quilts are the "lovable, hugable, cuddle up" ones

I do! For Christmas made a king size for my younger son. It turned out great. 2 1/2 "squares. Fall and earthen tones with a lot of gold tones.I love scrappy' reminds me of my Mother and Grandmother's quilts. Sweet memories.

Scrappys are my favorite. I love the look of them. I also love them because I am a recycler. I hate to throw anything into a landfill that I can make into something useful!
