Maybe you can keep a diary, and collect images you like, find inspiration when you can, after you are all better put your project together and do a quilt to show all of the things you are blessed to have and love.

Feel better soon, will pray for your recovery.

quick suggestion. My library offers free book delivery (I pick the books up myself as book delivery is for people who can't physically get to the library). I order loads of quilting books. There is interlibrary loan throughout the county so there is a huge selection of quilting books. I love to look at the pix. You should order a pile of books and have them delivered to your home and enjoy.

Oh, OUCH!!!! Hope you heal quickly, spend the healing time reading some new quilt books, magazines and of course the boards. Go to the library for some new books, they usually carry some, or you can get them through inter library loan.

Merciful Heavens! What a bone to hurt, too bad it wasn't a leg or some other useless part, LOL, then you would have your arms free. Well, it is what it is and I guess you'll have to read quilt mags, I have many, would you like some? Just PN me and I'll send a bunch right off. Then some lucky people get quilty shows on their tv, but not me right now and I miss them. Then there are sing-alongs if you have a great classic-country music station. I might even suggest a little dancing with that too, but on second thought, no, you have trouble with falling and that would NOT be good, don't try dancing. Hope I lightened you load and I am serious about the mags.

I am so sorry you got hurt. Duct tape those rugs down. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't sew for 8 weeks. Please get better soon.
