Room A is 14.5' x 9' (130 sq.ft.), on the second floor with one window which provides nice natural light. Room B is 10.8' x 19' (205 sq.ft.), on the lower level with two windows but not as much natural light available (as it's on the lower level). I prefer not tu\o use stairs if I don't have too. but then again, i have 10,000 sq feet to play in and all the rooms have great natural light. my only question is do i have to worry about when I have the fireplaces going? So small room with nice natural light, versus very large room with not as much natural light. Which do you think you would prefer? |
big Big BIG!

I would definitely take the larger room.
