I had to take it into the shop, the owner also repairs the machines. It took him all of about 10 mins to adjust it and now it is running great. Love this machine.

I have an Elegante2 and a Symphony machine.....drool over the Ellisimo!

I love the Ellisimo, but it isn't something that I would take to class.

I went to a class that was teaching how to do design in the hoop. I didn't take my machine, for it is just to heavy to take to class. I can go take the class, then come home and make the designs on my machine..
