Does anyone out there have a Qbot? I have had one for a few months, but there really isn't anyone out there to ask question to or to get answers. Getting frustrated.

have you joined the yahoo group called Pfaffhobbygrandquilters? If not, it will be your best friend! I had a mega quilter and learned a lot from the nice people there. They know a lot about the Qbot also....good luck

There's a QBOT forum on Yahoo. Type in "QBOT quilt" --- it'll weed out that other QBOT thing out there. They are SOME help. I had one I babysat on for 7 months.

Also -- were you told about this web site: http://myqbot.com/support.html

They have Club Hub and another club -- they cost money to join - but was of some help for me.

Hi, thorlori. I have a qbot and also have had lots of problems learning how to use it. The quilt store that sold it to me have been no help at all. It sat idol for months until I finally decided to jump in with both feet and learn on my own. Everyone says "read he manual" but I am a hands-on learner and cannot get any training. Just keep on and you will finally get the hang of it. Like to have drove me crazy. Still don't know much about the computerized stuff. Still learning. Karen

That's kind of what I have been doing, my son is very good on the computer, and can get clipart from the computer, and then put it into the Qbot program for me to stitch, but still not a lot of help. I know that youtube has alot of videos, but like you I am a visual learner. Thanks for the encouragement. I really need it now.

I have had my Qbot since the first of the year and I just love it. I am getting so many tops quilted that I had because I was waiting until I had the money to send them to a LAQ. I would recommend going to www.myqot.com and joining the group. I have learned so much from them. Also they have Qbot club that is a once a month on line webinar that really helps. Good Luck.
