    I saw one of Eleanor Burns videos and she was doing a quilt with a serger. I cannot remember which pattern.

    Yes you can make quilt top on the surger but not use the blade.

    There is a new book out and it is on surged quuilts... it is a neat book. Waiting on a 50% off coupon to get it at JoAnn's.
