Question Keepsake Quilting
#32
I've bought a lot of fabric from Keepsake Quilting, and have been very pleased except for one fabric, and I'd bought 4 yards of it. They took it back, no problem, no questions, and refunded my entire amount. That gives me confidence that should I run into any other problem, I'll receive the same, terrific customer service.
Having said that, I also love Connecting Threads, Thousands of Bolts, and Fabric.com. I also have relationships with two sellers on eBay, one who deals primarily with Red Rooster Fabrics, and the other who has a lot of different fabrics but she only carries the best. I only buy from those two sellers.

I've made several trips to Keepsake Quilting in Meredith, NH and besides having beautiful collections of fabric, talk about eye candy, but the fabrics are always first quality. I haven't taken a survey, but I think their fabrics are comparable to other quilt shops, in person or mail order. I think you will be happy with whatever you order from them.

Yes I agree with the quality and service of Keepsake. It's a great catalogue of fabrics and notions. Watch for the sales. In the back of the catalogues, there are usually a couple of pages showing sale items. And the website is great too.

I was at the shop a couple of weeks ago and their fabric is wonderful. We've been there a number of times over many years, my sister has ordered from them, and I've never seen anything that is not very good quality. Frankly, I think you can sometimes get the same fabrics elsewhere for a bit less, but their service is wonderful. If you call you get pleasant, knowledgeable people who are happy to answer any questions. I bought a sale packet of six fabrics, half yards of each. It's a Moda collection called Fifi and Fido, and the feel of fabric is so silky and smooth, and hefty. I just loved it. It only cost $20 in the sale room of the shop. If you want quality you can't go wrong there.

I know this is old, but YEAH! Thanks to all of these wonderful comments, Keepsake Quilting just gained another customer!
I am trying to build up my fabric stash (new quilter) and went ahead and ordered the "Circa 1930's Medley of the Month Club" Each month I'll receive a set of different FQ's. They also have charm pack and 2 1/2" strip Medley Clubs. Only I'm not sure how many FQ's I'll get at a time?
So excited to see what comes!!

Love, love, love Keepsake Quilting. I'm spoiled as I can drive there in about 2 hours! One of the perks...if you buy at the store, there is no sales tax (no tax either if your order is shipped to a New Hampshire address)! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the quality of their fabric is wonderful. Thousands of bolts of fabric available...many I have never seen at any other LQS - they do have some fabric exclusively made for them. Keepsake also offers "consignment" services for people who want to sell their quilts. If I lived closer to KQ, I'd be there weekly (I go every 6 months or so now, even though it is within 2 hours from home).
