Has anyone ever used manila paper for paper piecing and if so how well did it work? I want to use it to print up some HST's, but it seems kind of thick. Any help would be appreciated.

I would think it would be too heavy for paper-piecing. Even regular copy paper is almost too heavy although I use it.

i would think it would be way too thick....you want something thinner to paper piece because you need to be able to tear it off later. i don't do paper piecing tho....just read this forum!!

Are you talking about EPP? If so, I have cut down manilla folders to 8 1/2" X 11" and run them through my printer one at a time for EPP templates. Even if the one side is a little short along part of the one edge, it still feeds through fine  Just feed in the wider edge first.

If you are talking about regular PP I think the paper would be too thick :D:D:D
