Does anyone know of a site that has outlines like this? I've tried Google images with about every variation of search word I can think of but maybe I"m not using the right term.

Draw it out on your own on graph paper, then darken the lines considerably and xerox it.

I know this is kind of a late reply but better late than never right?
I've actually never thought about quilt coloring pages before and I looked online and found this page called supercoloring, you can find some at the Home coloring pages under decorations, let me know if this helped

There are a couple of good ideas there for quilting designs and it's worth taking a look. Thanks for following up! I ended up finding a Hunter's Star coloring page and made part of the quilt but found that the design was too fussy for me so I passed the project on to someone who will finish it. Thanks again!

These links are so cool. Thanks to all who posted them. I have a bunch of red and white 4-patches that were made for an exchange that I didn't get to attend. I've been wondering what to do with them for years! I got several ideas from the coloring pages. QB is the best!
