Default Quilt design on paisley fabric

I have a quilt with paisley fabric on the back. What pantograph design would you recommend for this? TIA

It won’t really matter- the stitching won’t really show on the pattern unless the thread is a stark contrast.I would Choose what I thought would compliment the quilt top and use a neutral color on the back.

I made several quilts with paisley prints on top and just did my usual FMQ. I don't have a long arm.
