    I do that to, but with me new to quilting, I wanna make sure I know what I'm doing. I love sample blocks.

    You can use the ones you have as a center medallion. There is another star pattern I know of that will work, too - let me see if I can find it.

    I found that other pattern - I think this one is great - can be done with set colors/patterns or scrappy
