For quick quilts and patterns for charity quilts, I would (do) subscribe to "Quick Quilts". It is put out by McCalls, and sells for $19.98 per year for six editions. A whole magazine of nice easy patterns for those of us who find life itself enough of a challenge.

Some quilt magazines have too easy of patterns and the same patterns only with different fabric and I get bored and don't do any of the quilts. I like a little bit of a challenge, but not too awfully hard. I subscribe to Fons and Porter, Quilt Life,McCall's Quilting, The Quilter Magazine, American Patchwork and Quilting, Quiltmaker, Quilter's Newletter, Quilter's World, and two easy ones: Quilty and Quick Quilts. I do subscribe to a lot of magazines, but I don't work outside the home and my favorite thing is to get a quilt magazine in the mail. I read them cover to cover.

Ive had subscriptions to all the mags mentioned and have been paring down. I will keep Love Of Quilting and the cheaper Quilt It..today.
Love Quilting Quickly but it is going away and was not a subscription mag anyway.
