Quilt Retreat
I'm helping plan this years quilt retreat Feb 28 - March 2 and doing a demo on Tru Cut Rulers and Rotary Cutters as well as their electric blade sharpener, if you have them & like them what would you want to tell people about them
If you haven't tried them what would you want to know?

I don't have any of those items and don't know anything about them. So I would want to know how the ruler is different or better than the typical 24" acrylic ruler and if it would help me get more accurate cuts. Similar for the rotary cutter, how is it different/better than the standard 45mm Olfa cutter? I don't have a blade sharpener so would like to see it in a demo and tell me how much it would save me vs. just buying a new blade when needed.

I have all of these, the ruler and the cutter, when used together, you get straighter cuts as the cutter fits in a groove in the ruler and you don't waiver off the straight. The sharpener is good for keeping blades tip top sharp, i sharpen every time after I've cut a quilt. Its not a miracle worker and won't remove knicks from a blade.
