    I like quilts for the reason most are made. To cuddle up with and keep snug and warm. But then I like fine art to look at too. I just would rather cuddle up with Barnbum's barns then Whistler's Mother anytime. :))

    I am absolutley amazed by the one with the tree, It just jumps out at you. I am thinking she put the fabric on and then did alot of lead work on it like the bushy grass at the bottom

    thanks for posting those barnbum. i gotta say that i like the third one alot, the one with alot of orange. i bet it's handpainted fabric and thus the price. also are these people paying a commission to the space where they are exhibiting? this could account for the prices.

    anyway, it's like going to the show to see all the pics. thanks much.

    I thik the two I liked the best were the neighborhood and the tree.

    I like that one too.. it gives me a great idea for some inspiration for some famous houses here in St. John's. Old downtown area has many colourful row houses, and it would be neat to design something like that.
