I agree with Duncan. Sizes do vary by the thickness of mattress and how long you want it to hang over the side of the bed. I ended up piecing a King size quilt for a friend who had a queen size mattress. She didn't want a dust ruffle.

Thanks so much for that chart. I printed it off and will install it in the front of my current "Quilt Fun" notebook. I print off a lot of the suggestions and helps from this board and someday.......

I think there's an error on that chart for which there's a link above. I believe the first measurements for a King Size bed, with 10" drop, should be 96" x 90". And below that, the measurements for the King Size bed, 10" drop with a 10" tuck, should be 96" x 100". Am I wrong?

I like the chart because it gives me a place to start. I tuck like crazy so I'll be adding some to the measurements to make them work for my bed.
