Default Quilter's Cruise Control

Does anyone have any experience with the Quilter's Cruise Control? It is a stitch regulator, similar to the Grace Sure Stitch, for use on sewing machines used on quilting frames. I purchased one, but have not received it yet. I test drove a long arm machine in a quilting class, and really liked the stitch regulator part of it-the stitches always stay the same. I will be using it on my Brother 1500 with my New Joy quilting frame. So now I am impatiently waiting for this to come so I can try it out!

I have that same machine and would love to hear what you think about the stitch regulator. Stitch consistency is my major problem!

I have a Janome 1600P db, Grace GMQ Pro frame and the Quilter's Cruise Control. The cruise control makes even stitches and I don't know what I would do without it. To be honest, my stitches will varie occasionally but I think that is more operator error than QCC. I depend on it so much that I haven't learned how to control my speed on the machine on my own. My sister has the Sure Stitch. She loves it but often has to adjust it with each quilt she finishes and it bugs her to no end.

I have the QCC on my Pfaff Grandquilter & New Joy Magic frame. I can't imagine frame quilting without it! I still have inconsistent stitches, but the machine can't do it all- you still have to keep your speed consistent.

I have one that I bought with my frame from a private sale and it will not work on my juki. I am hoping I can find some place that will trade it in on so I can have one for the juki. the lady said she bought it and never used it.
