I bought 2 rulers from this company one for church and one for me . One was broken when I received it and the other broke on the first use. When I told them they refused to replace either. I would never buy anything from this company. They don't stand by their rulers. :hunf:

They are on Faceboook. I bet you could get some attention to the issue there.

Its made by Quilters Rule. It was used to make I spy quilts. The one that wasn't broken but broke with the first use.Octagon in shape with different sizes and matching triangles. Idea good execution was bad.

please tell us, precisely, the conditions under which the ruler broke at church.

please tell us, also, (1) who you wrote to at the company; (2) who wrote back to you; and (3) please quote to us exactly their reason for not replacing it.

I'd be interested to know this, as I bought one of their 6-1/2" x 24" rulers last Spring at a local long-arm quilting show and I absolutely love this ruler and am planning on purchasing another size from them next time I see them.
