The Quilter's Travel Companion is a great resource. The online edition only lists those shops who paid to be on the website. The book has over 1500 more shops than what shows on the site. I don't have a website, but I have an ad in the book. Expressions By Ewe in British Columbia. By the way, if you are travelling to Alaska thru B.C. please stop by.

Thanks for that Sally. They have a travellers book that I think I will order.
    Best Wishes

Thank you for that. I am going to order a copy of the book. Just have to check if they have a secure web site otherwise will phone them. Would love to visit Alaska if I have enough time.
    Thanks again,
    Sharyn

Thanks so much for posting the link - I have seen the book, but thought it was a little expensive. I usually search the web, but this will be so much easier!!

Thank you for the link. I used to have a book that listed them but it is way out of date now. And with my ipad, I can look them up even when I don't have my book with me.

Rabs ... to be listed, the store has to pay for it!

I've seen the book, and for that reason, I have refused to buy it.

    Here's what I've done ...

I have an address book that I keep in the car, ready for spontaneous visits. I sort by city/town and if I am there or know I'm going to be, I have what I need.

As I find it, I include store name, address, phone #, website, email, contact names etc. I often can remember there's a quilt store in a town, but where? or the name? ... I've got it ready.

Likewise, I'll include other want-to-go-to attractions in the book.

    Handy-Dandy ... Easy-Peasy!

Thank you for sharing this link! I've marked a couple of shows on my calendar for this summer and next fall.
