    Default quilting frame

I have just purchased ken lund's quilting frame and am in the process of assembling it. My question is this, I sandwiched a quilt recently with large blocks and stitched in the ditch with it. I would have left it unstitched if I had known at the time that I would be purchasing the quilting frame. That said, my question concerns preforming free motion quilting on the new frame. Any suggestions or comments on preceeding with this quilt.

Every FMQ class I have taken say to always stitch in the ditch first...and to do every seam.

If you can mount it on the frame, you can still quilt it. You will probably just attach the quilt backing.
