My DH went to the hardware store and bought pulleys and hung them from the ceiling. Ran rope and attached small pinch style clamps he used for woodworking. The cost was minimal.

I love the Jenoop! My quilting skills are not that great, meaning I any not doing fantastic designs, just the basic SID or straight line style. The weight of the quilt and the physical stress of moving the quilt has always made my shoulders ache. Someone hear mentioned the Jenoop, it looked promising, so I got it. It holds the quilt up - there is no hooping, you can easily work in sections. The clips on it hold the fabric well. I can't say enough how much I like mine. It stays up all the time, even though you can take it apart easily. But I use it when I am ironing and/or cutting strips. When i put rows together, I hang them on it. It is just great! They have it so you can attach it to the ceiling if you prefer, but I have the PVC pipe version that fits over and around my sewing machine. My Janome has it's own table and I have the SewEZ table for my Viking.
