I was able to get a Grace E23 I believe is the correct name. I am very new to this and was wondering what sewing machine to get for this frame?

thank-you for any help you might be able to provide.

i think you are looking at the EZ3 which is a hand quilting frame not a machine quilting frame.

I have a Grace Mini Pinn frame, set up in crib size, & I have a Viking Sapphire 830 on mine, & they play well together! Go to the Grace frame site & see what they say about your frame. Enjoy & let us know what you find out!...

is yours all wood or metal and does it have a place for a machine. I have a small metal one that does up to crib size quilts and I bought the mega quilter because I wanted a larger throat area then I had and couldn't afford any more than that. It is a great machine. The one thing that I was told is to make sure the frame can handle the weight of the machine if it is for machine quilting.

Mine is all wood. Someone else who has the same frame told me if I wanted to put a machine on it I would need to re-enforce the legs to hold the weight of the machine. Hoping hubby can do that for me. I have had this frame for several months but no place to set it up. Next month DGD moves out so her rm will be a perfect place to be able to leave it set up.
Thanks to everyone who chimed in. I am sure once its all set up I will have more questions.
