    Lovely quilt, lovely idea, lovely quilting!!! I have it in my head to do two or three appliqued flower blocks and somehow stretch them to put in a frame.

    We think alike. As a handquilter I would have quilted around each motif on the block and it would have ended up looking like I had appliqued or pieced the whole thing. I love to work with preprinted panels. When I get done most people can not tell that I didn't piece or applique them. They are something I do on a regular basis while watching TV with my hubby or meeting with friends at our mini Bee. I often take such work when we travel. It keeps my hands busy and relaxs me.
    I sometimes wish I could machine quilt as good as the original poster. But that would not be very portable.
