How many of you quilters, search out Yard Sales?
What have you found to help in your addiction of Quilting?

I've found sewing machines, fabric, rulers, quilt magazines, etc. I love yard sales and auctions.

I freq garage sales, goodwill. I occasionally find fabric, notions, buttons, ribbon, misc craft items, craft books, etc.
It's the first place I look for supplies.

plus a treadle machine, a Necchi machine, a White machine... My husband is my quilting enabler.. he LEADS me to these items....

I was just looking in the yard sale listing...I've got Friday off, so I plan to go in search of great quilting bargains...I know they are out there, I just need to find them.

All the time. But, I'm picky. I only buy LQS quality fabric. And there are plenty of people destashing NICE fabrics.
