How nice. We work so hard making our quilts and it would feel good to either see them displayed or in use.

Can't ask for a better response than that! Everyone likes to know their hard work went appreciated.

How heartwarming for you!

I made what I thought was a lap robe for a friend when he was dealing with cancer. A few years later when I visited their new home, his wife had hung it above their bed. It was a simple jelly roll race quilt, but hung above their bed, it looked fantastic!

That is so wonderful. I made a quilt for a friend that lives on my street years ago for her first baby, A few years later it was laying on top of the trash can, still in good shape. Guess who has the quilt back.
I am so glad your friend loves the quilts you made for them.

I, too, had the joy of seeing a quilt on the casket of a friend's mother. It meant so much to my friend to have the quilt.
