    I look up images of quilts on the net..when I can't sleep at night..found this..from Austrailia..took my breath away !!

    What I find amazing.. if you look at it..it's just a "Courthouse Steps" with plain black square corners..it's what she did with her applique or thread work..that makes it stand out !!

    Is that gilded fabric or did they add it? It is stunning! I love purples and blues that look like that but I don't recall ever seeing anything that looked like that before.

    Do you have a particular website that you look at? I spend so much time here on QB that I'm not getting any quilting done and my housework isn't getting done. (Looking around to make sure the elves don't overhear me.)

    I never pass up a chance to look at quilts.

    I was up late one night and keyed in ..Images of Quilts from other countries..just clicked on the thumbnail pictures and it was 1 of the hundreds I looked at..I'll try again and see if I can find it !!
