I think I will just leave it alone, or put something over that block.

Another thought is to use it as a design element.
You could make a label that is larger than the embroidery, finishing it all around the edges.
Sew it down either on the left side or the top, add some velcro to hold down the opposite side. You can lift it up to peek at the original, or leave it covered. :D:D:D
