Hmmmm, most of the pranks that happen in my group are off-color, not sure they'd be appropriate here!

That is hilarious! One time me and 3 girlfriends were out for drinks at a little Mexican bar. Myreally skinny friend Tess and I both went to the bathroom together. She had worn an oversized sweatshirt and I had a t-shirt and corduroy shirt over it. Now, I am, ahem, blessed upstairs and poor Tess is not (built like a 12 year old boy). She put on my tshirt and corduroy shirt and I put on her hoodie. She was swimming in my clothes and her poor sweatshirt was doing everything it could to keep from bursting apart! We went back to the table and it took forever for the other 2 friends to realize what we had done! I'm guessing the many pitchers of margaritas and tequila shots had something to do with their reaction time!

I was at a scrapbooking retreat and pulled a good one on my buds. I'm generally not the rowdy type (actually quite a nerd) and not known for pranking. While the gals were outside in the hot tub, living it up rather loudly, I was in the cottage scrapping away with the two pregnant at the time ladies. Needless to say, I became bartender. So, on one of the trips out with a few brews, I said that we had a phone call from the neighbours asking us to tone down the noise. I said it so poker faced that they believed me. I kept it going until breakfast when I couldn't keep it up without cracking up. They were shocked at me. It felt sooooo good!

Turn all the irons to "Off", and then watch the frustration level when they don't heat up...don't know about them, but I would NEVER look at mine because I "know" it's always where it should be...

here's one that should 'fit' the occassion (and someone should have a seam ripper for after the fact)

    All Sewed Up

Sew someone's shirt cuffs together so they can't get their hands through. Or go through their underwear drawer and sew the legs of all their underwear closed (if you use a sewing machine, this doesn't take too long!).

As I read all these great ideas, I wonder if any of your retreat buddies are also reading this forum?
