    Skipping really isn't normal...are you sure you put the cutter back together correctly?

    Do you have 2 blades in the cutter? Sometimes they stick together and you don't realize it and you can't cut hot butter worth a darn.

    I found that the white mat's cause skipping now that I switched to a green mat one no more problems!
