Thank you very much.....they are paper pieced. It is the first time I tried it. I followed the insructions from the quilters cache tutorial, printed them out and went step by step and used vellum. I actually like paper piecing. I guess I cheated with the other squares with the machine embroidery but time was running out and I am slow at paper piecing. WHEW glad it is done. The photos hide all the mistakes...but I guess you will see them when you get my row lol.
