Default Roxanne Glue Bottle

Okay. I can't get the rubber top off the Roxanne glue bottle. Anybody ever experience this and have an idea on what to do?

When I store mine, I shove a straight pin down the hole instead of putting the cap back on

Your hot water tip worked. The pliers would have been next.

Hot water and pins do work.

I bought the larger bottle which came with a smaller refillable bottle. The tips got really messed up and neither hot water nor pins would fix. The refillable bottle was a good size and I wish that the company would sell either a new bottle or replaceable tips. I have not seen any in stores or online. I bought some smaller bottles from a scrapbook store.

I got one of Roxanne's glue bottles because of the tips. I continue to refill it with Elmer's Glue now and if the glue gets a little thick I just add a bit of water and shake it. For the tips, I take them off after every use and soak them in a cup full of hot water. Have a straight pin at the sink too just in case I have to encourage the glue to come out of the tip. Then I just let it drain dry at the sink before I put it back on the tray with the glue. I found the hot water did the best in cleaning out the glue for me.
