I agree, maybe Lori Holt patterns are the ones you are looking for. Here's her blog site where she features "Millies Dresses". I had saved a picture, as I love 30's reproduction fabric. She also has a similar pattern for aprons. Her patterns are for sale everywhere. She has an Etsy shop.
