GO GIRLS GO You're doing a WONDERFUL JOB!

I sewed for at least 4 hours last night while listening to and watching occasionally the BLACKHAWK's game! GO HAWKS!

Finished sewing 2 more columns for my braid quilt.
TWO MORE COLUMNS AND ALL THE COLUMNS ARE ***DONE***
Can anyone say WOOHOO with me! WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!

Lots more work around the house lined up to get done today and 2 errands to run.
I *want* to finish those last 2 columns TONIGHT before I collapse in bed totally exhausted.

I started piecing blocks for potholders for gifts for Christmas. Every family is getting a set of potholders, small tablerunner and maybe a couple matching dish towels. I started on them yesterday, also spend half a day on my son's Housewarming gift, a queen size quilt, almost done. I will post pix when I am done. In the quilting stage now.

I have problems with my knees too, when I want to sew, but the rest of me is sore, iI put the foot peddle between my thighs, it takes pratice, but you will get the hang of it, and its good toning too!

I am sewing the rest of my SIggie Blocks to get mailed by Monday. Then I am finishing the repair on two quilts I am being paid to mend. Then I have one handquilt to finish for another lady who has waited patiently. Then if I have time I am starting to handquilt my Bargello I did in Batiks. I love long weekends. I don't work but I still love the holiday weekends. Happy quilting all.

WhooooooHoooooo quilting here. Great job. I am still working on my fall quilt, but the blocks are done and now am starting to piece them together.

Have to go and do a couple of errands, but will be back later this afternoon.

It's been a rough couple of weeks for us. We lost a very dear friend very unexpectedly and it has just been so hard. The funeral was Friday afternoon and we (DH and I) pretty much spent yesterday regrouping. Now I hope to get some sewing done!

I am going to try to get the rest of the sewing done on my OBW. I am really pleased with how it is turning out and the whole time I have been working on it I have been thinking that I can't wait to do another one. Meanwhile I have a Montana Cartwheel (NY Beauty) to keep plugging away at . It is going well, but since I am making it in queen size it is taking me quite a while.

I'll check back in later to see how everyone is doing! Go, go, go!
