i made one from an old hard cover sewing machine top.it was in bad shape. just sewed fabric . measured every thing and slit a hole for the handle on top .took the bottom of fabric and wrapped it in the inside. and tacked it. did not glue so if i want to change the color of fabric i can. its very easy to do....

I don't have a pattern but I made a simple cover by draping fabric over my machine and making sure to allow enough to completely cover the machine on all four sides. I then cut the fabric to size and did a zig-zag stitch around the edges to finish it off and keep the fabric from raveling. Its inexpensive, simple and easy to wash when needed. Best thing is that I can make several and change out as the seasons change!

Really easy and lazy way to make one is to take a "recycle fabric bag" (such as you buy from store) turn it upside down, turn up bottom to outside (height of machine) put handles of bag on outside and over top and stitch in place. you can also cut hole in top for handle. It is not cute but it serves its purpose and it cheap and easy!
